Liberty Media Acquisition Corporation is a newly incorporated blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination. We have not selected any business combination target. Although we may pursue an acquisition in any industry or geography, we intend to capitalize on the ability of our management team and our sponsor, to identify, acquire and operate a business that may provide opportunities for attractive risk-adjusted returns in the media, digital media, music, entertainment, communications, telecommunications and technology industries. We intend to identify and acquire a business that could benefit from a creative, forward-thinking owner with extensive operational expertise and that presents potential for an attractive risk-adjusted return profile under our stewardship. Even companies with solid fundamentals often under-perform their potential due to underinvestment, ineffective business strategies, sub-optimal capital allocation and capital structures, excessive cost structures, or incomplete management teams. Our management team has extensive experience in identifying and executing acquisitions that are ripe for change across industry sectors and business cycles.
